The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Having ordered a selection of samples and played around with the design on the Ecodeck website, we decided to go ahead with our Ecodeck order. The staff were particularly helpful in answering my questions and very knowledgeable about their product – not something that you see too much of nowadays!
The shipment arrived just 3 days after I had ordered it (at my convenience). The boxes were well constructed, clean and easy to carry. Then came what would normally be the difficult part.
All in all, it probably took me around 3 hours to lay the decking and had I not had a particularly uneven surface to lay the decking on as well as a curved edge to my terrace, the 3 hours would have been more like 1-1.5 hours. The pieces fitted firmly and effortlessly together (without exception).
My terrace has been completely transformed into our little “oasys of calm” and has a real “wow” factor.
Having done our research into other products available in the market, their cost and combined that with ease (or not!) of installation, we’re adamant that there is no better product available right now.
